We wish to inform you that the scheduled Paynet Switch Disaster Recovery Test will be commencing on the following dates;
Evening of Wednesday 31st May at 2100hrs to Sunday 4th June at 1200hrs.
The objective of this testing is to validate that Payserv has a functional Disaster Recovery Plan which functions and complies with good practice requirements. The tests carried out will involve participation by all members of the Paynet Community.
During the test period, we expect customers to transact as normal. Should you experience any challenges, please do not hesitate to contact us through our Customer Services Team.
