There are three levels of sets available, the Administrator, Users and the Authorisers.

You only need an active internet connection when sending your paymetns schedule to the Autopay gateway. The importation, authorization of schedule can happen without an internet connection active.

However, if you have been set up to use our Paynet Online platorm, you will need a constant internet connection.

Paynet is secure as it offers profiles with different User levels and Authorization of Payments. As your instruction leaves your Paynet system en-route to our Autopay gateway your information is encrypted into a binary format as it goes through a secure port which only the system installed at Autopay can decrypt into readable data for processing.

Before you register for our EcoCash solution, you will need to confirm that you are on our latest Paynet Desktop client version (if your Paynet version is below the version 9.5.6, you will need to run the upgrade wizard). If you are already on our latest Paynet Desktop version, you can register with the EcoCash solution by following the below simple steps;
 
- Right click on your Paynet Desktop icon, and select the option ‘Open File Location’.
- Search for the Configure.exe file and run it.
- Click on the Nextbutton until you reach the list of banks. From here you, select the Autopay option.
- By selecting Autopay and the ‘Cheque’ option, the Paynet system will configure your Autopay agreement form.
- After clicking on the ‘OK’ button, Paynet will open up the Autopay agreement form, which you will then need to print it, have it signed and then emailed to our Helpdesk address (helpdesk@payserv.co.zw) for your EcoCash Paynet Desktop activation.

If you are already using the Paynet Online platform, all you would need to do to sign up for our EcoCash solution would be to email our support centre using our Helpdesk address (helpdesk@payserv.co.zw ), where one of our support staff will easily assist you in generating the Autopay agreement contract form. You will need to have this agreement form signed and emailed back to our helpdesk. Once we have your signed contract, our gateway operator will set up your account, and email you a link to be able to log into your Paynet Online account.

Transactions are done by a user creating it, then authorisers and approval users confirming it, each customer can be individually configured on how many approvals are required.

To be able to track your EcoCash payments, the first ste would be to check the status of the batch. You can do this by logging into your Paynet application and view the status column. If the status of your batch is still SENT, this means that the Autopay gateway has not yet connected to collect waiting batches for processing. If the status of the batch is VALIDATED/PROCESSED, this means that the Autopay gateway has received your batch for processing.

If your beneficaries have not received their funds even though your batch status is VALIDATED/PROCESSED, you will need to contact our support centre for assidtance. Our contact details are;
