As your instruction leaves your Paynet system en-route to the bank your information is encrypted into a binary format as it goes through a secure port which only the system installed at the bank can decrypt into readable data.
Yes. You can use either the excel format or manually input using Paynet as it offers an option to manually input payments.
You only need an active internet connection when sending your payments to the bank. The importation, authorization of payments can happen without an internet connection active.
