Sibert Dube | Group CEO
Sibert has over 25 years Managerial and Business Development experience in Banking, Information Technology and the Communications Sector. He first joined Payserv in 2003. He rose through the ranks in Payserv, working as a Customer Services Manager, Business Development Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Acting Chief Executive Officer and finally Chief Executive officer of the Group. He also worked as the Group Business Development Manager responsible for developing Markets outside Zimbabwe between 2013-15. Prior to joining Payserv, Sibert worked for renowned organisations like Standard Chartered Bank as Service Line Manager and Customer Services Manager and between 1998-2002. He also worked as Head of Sales & Marketing Manager at Afri-com Private Limited between 2007-2008 follows by a brief stay in South Africa where he worked as a Lecturer at Havatech Business College between Jan- 2009- June 2009. He returned to take up Business Development role in Payserv Group in July 2009 and has been with the company since then. Sibert holds a BSc Honors in Computer Science from NUST, an MBA from University of Zimbabwe; a Master’s in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and recently graduated as a Chartered Secretary from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe.
John Philip Kirby | Group FD
Philip Kirby is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and also a Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management. He joined Payserv in 2005 initially as the Financial Manager. During his 35 year career, he has also been the Managing Director of a furniture manufacturing company, Adam Bede, and the Managing Director of a manufacturer and supplier to the air-conditioning& ventilation industries, Euro pair. He has also held senior financial positions with a number of organisations including Hunting Industries, Mashonaland Holdings, Bestobell and Johnson & Fletcher. He started off his career after school in the Office of the Comptroller & Auditor-General.

    Using Paynet has reduced the burden of carrying cash from the bank to home in order to make salary payments. In terms of security, there are no fears of being robbed while carrying a large amount of money. We used to spend a lot of time counting money and packing it into envelopes on payday but that is now a thing of the past. That time is now being used to do other vital work to keep the Home running. As the platform is Internet based, we do not have to rush to the bank to submit salaries, we do it from the comfort of our office. Paynet is really useful to us.
