Sibert Dube | Group CEO
Sibert has over 20 years managerial and Business Development experience in Banking, Information Technology and the Communications Sector. He joined Payserv in 2003. Sibert is a holder of an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe and a BSc. Hons. in Computer Science from National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. He is currently pursuing studies with UNISA for a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL) and is also in his final year with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has a wealth of regional business development experience and an extensive network within Zimbabwe and the Region.
John Philip Kirby | Group FD
Philip Kirby is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and also a Member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management. He joined Payserv in 2005 initially as the Financial Manager. During his 35 year career, he has also been the Managing Director of a furniture manufacturing company, Adam Bede, and the Managing Director of a manufacturer and supplier to the air-conditioning& ventilation industries, Euro pair. He has also held senior financial positions with a number of organisations including Hunting Industries, Mashonaland Holdings, Bestobell and Johnson & Fletcher. He started off his career after school in the Office of the Comptroller & Auditor-General.
Tandi Mapolisa | GM Autopay
Tandi joined Payserv in 2000 and has over 10 years’ experience in management, payroll management and service delivery. Tandi holds a Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Payroll and Pensions Administration, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with the Institute of Marketing Management and studying towards MBA. Musa Zireba | Human Resources Manager
Musa joined Payserv in 2004, has over ten years experience in Human Resources and Administration. Hold a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management from Harare Polytechnic, A diploma in Personnel management (IPMZ) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Human Resources and Industrial relations with Zimbabwe Open University
Angeline Culverwell | Product Development and Projects Manager
Angeline has 30 years’ managerial experience in Retail and ICT within the banking environment. She worked as a hands-on Project Manager in the migration of Barclay’s bank local and regional branch network including conversion from manual and mechanised legacy systems to the introduction of VSAT network, credit card, ATM and POS systems. She is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) trained in IT Service Support fundamentals and Project Management and also holds an IOBZ Diploma and has extensive in-house banking and IT training. Angeline joined Payserv in 2005 as a Project Manager and has since taken on the additional role of Product Development Manager.
George Wekwete | Business Development Manager
George Wekwete has over 20 years’ experience in Banking with special emphasis in alternative payment solutions, electronic banking and project management. He joined Payserv in 2016 as Business Development Manager upon his return from USA where he worked as Cards and Electronic Banking Manager at NIH Federal Credit Union in Rockville Maryland USA. He has also worked in various financial institutions in Zimbabwe including Standard Chartered Bank and NMB Bank Zimbabwe Limited. George studied Bcom Marketing with UNISA and is current studying towards an MBA with University of Gloucestershire.
