Milton Mushambi |
Milton joined Autopay in 2002 and has over 10 years’ experience in Payroll Administration and vast knowledge in Regulatory compliance and reporting. He holds a diploma in Financial Accounting (IAC) and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management and Marketing.
Abigail Mutambwi | Customer Services
Abigail joined Payserv in 2003 and has over 5 years’ experience in management, Customer Service and Relationship Management. Abigail holds a Diploma in Marketing, and is currently studying towards the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with the Institute of Marketing Management.
Patience Mapolisa | Marketing and Communications
Patience is an experienced Marketer specialising in building New Business, Relationship Management, Brand Management and Communication with extensive experience in the payments space. She possess over 15 years of experience in a Customer focused environment. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing (BBA) with the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM). She is a member of the Marketers Association of Zimbabwe.
Gary Wells | Operations
Gary’s career began in 1987 with C F Tulley Associates. He was a founding member of Tradanet (E-business), a company growing into the Payserv Group as it is today and has spent most of his career at a management level. Gary re-joined Paynet Zimbabwe in 2003 and rose to his current position, that of Operations Manager, with responsibilities across the Group. Gary’s IT, managerial and operational experience is extensive and he has had IT training in his field across a wide variety of software and systems. He continues to expand his knowledge base and studies, particularly in the areas of IT security, governance and auditing, most recently with CISA and CISM.
Mutsawashe Munyaradzi | Risk and Compliance
Mutsawashe joined Payserv in 2011 as a LIPZ learner and has grown and matured in her role to become the Risk Management and Compliance Officer for Payserv. She has gained vast experience in service delivery, risk management, compliance and business process mapping. Mutsawashe holds an International Diploma in Computer Studies (NCC), an Executive Certificate in Risk Management (UZ) and is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Risk Management and Insurance with the Midlands State University.
Adelaide Chawasarira | Chief Accountant
Adelaide joined Paynet as a Bookkeeper in February 1999 when it was still known as C F Tulley Associates. She has served in various accounting roles since then until she was appointed Chief Accountant in 2003. Previously to her role at Paynet, she had worked for a government department, a retail chain and an animal feeds company. She worked on achieving a Chartered Institute of Secretaries (CIS) diploma up to the final stages.
